ZJW Fade — Privacy Policy

ZJW Fade ("the app") is built to work entirely on your device. This policy explains, in plain language, what that means for your data.

We do not collect any data

ZJW Fade makes zero network requests. It has no servers, no backend, and no analytics or advertising SDKs. The app cannot send information anywhere, because it has no way to connect to the internet in the first place.

Everything stays on your device

• Your frequency profile (the pitch you matched during setup) is stored locally on your device.
• Daily check-ins (loudness and distress ratings) are stored locally on your device and used only to show your own trends and weekly insights, calculated on-device.
• Audio is synthesized in real time on your device. Nothing is streamed or downloaded.
• Subscription status is managed by Apple's StoreKit and verified locally; SANOINV INC never receives your payment details.

None of this data is ever uploaded, backed up to a server we control, sold, or shared with any third party. If you delete the app, this data is deleted with it.

No account, no tracking

There is nothing to sign up for and nothing to log into. ZJW Fade does not use cookies, device identifiers for tracking, or any third-party SDK.

Children

Because ZJW Fade collects no data of any kind, it is safe for use by all ages.

Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes, the effective date above will be updated. Given the app's fully offline design, we do not expect material changes.
