ZJW Fade — Support

SANOINV INC

ZJW Fade helps you find relief from tinnitus using frequency-matched, notched soundscapes, a guided 8-week daily habituation program, and simple check-ins that track your progress over time — all running entirely on your device.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does frequency matching work?

During setup, you move a slider while a tone plays until it matches the pitch of the sound you hear. ZJW Fade then generates a soundscape with a narrow notch carved out at that exact frequency, so the surrounding sound gives your brain something steady to focus on.

Why should I keep the volume just below my tinnitus?

Setting the soundscape volume just under your tinnitus — so both are barely audible together — is the setting most people find comfortable for daily listening and habituation exercises. You're welcome to adjust it to whatever feels right for you.

How do I manage, cancel, or restore my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed and managed through your Apple ID. To cancel or change your plan, open the Settings app on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → ZJW Fade. If you've reinstalled the app or switched devices, open ZJW Fade → Settings → "Restore purchases" to recover your Yearly or Lifetime access.

How does the sleep timer work?

From the Listen tab, set a sleep timer between 15 and 90 minutes. Your soundscape will fade out smoothly and stop automatically at the end of that time, so you don't have to reach for your phone.

Does ZJW Fade work offline?

Yes — always. ZJW Fade makes zero network requests. Every sound is generated on your device, and all of your data (frequency profile, check-ins, trends) stays on your device. It works the same whether you're online, offline, or in airplane mode.

Can I re-match my frequency later?

Yes. Go to Settings → "Re-match my frequency" to redo the frequency-matching step at any time.
